REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PACKETS
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
PROPERTY INFORMATION:
The City-owned site consists of one large single story brick building located on the eastside of Main Street, at the center of Cimarron’s historic downtown district.
Located in downtown Cimarron, across the street from City Hall at 120 S. Main Street.
North of the train tracks on Main Street (US Highway 23) on east side of street.
Within walking distance to Gray County Courthouse, the Over 50 Center, City Hall, City Library, Post Office, and many locally-owned businesses.
Primary entrance has paved sidewalks, streetscaping, and on-street parking. Secondary entrance is accessible through alleyway that runs north/south.
Shares a common wall with business to the north. Property sits on the south end of the block with south-facing windows.
