THE CITY OF CIMARRON IS DISTRIBUTING

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PACKETS

FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

The City-owned site consists of one large single story brick building located on the eastside of Main Street, at the center of Cimarron’s historic downtown district.

  • Located in downtown Cimarron, across the street from City Hall at 120 S. Main Street.

  • North of the train tracks on Main Street (US Highway 23) on east side of street.

  • Within walking distance to Gray County Courthouse, the Over 50 Center, City Hall, City Library, Post Office, and many locally-owned businesses.

  • Primary entrance has paved sidewalks, streetscaping, and on-street parking. Secondary entrance is accessible through alleyway that runs north/south.  

  • Shares a common wall with business to the north. Property sits on the south end of the block with south-facing windows.
