City of Cimarron: Trash, Water, Electric

New Service: Must complete utility service contract, and ID verification is required before time services are needed. A service connection fee of $150 shall be assessed for all new utility services applications. These services include but are not limited to water, trash, sewer, electricity, and the pool. You must come into the office to fill out this form. Reminder, service start dates cannot be backdated in our system.

Front Desk: Front Desk allows account holders to view and pay utility bills online. Auto pay and electronic statements are a great way to go paperless and never forget a payment. Fee Charges for payments: *Credit/Debit Cards 2.49% plus $1.00 per transaction with a minimum of $2. *ACH $1.30 per transaction up to $50,000; $3.00 per transaction greater than $50,000. Discontinue utility services: The account holder must complete a form for services to be discontinued. Please fax, email, mail, or hand deliver this form to City Hall. Please be aware service cancellations cannot be backdated. Discontinue Agreement.

Even Pay: A Levelized Payment Program allows customers to pay the same monthly amount for one year. No additional fees are charged to participate in the program. To be eligible, customers must have twelve months’ payment history by October 1, and the customer’s account must be paid in full each month by the due date (if you receive a late notice, this makes you ineligible) for the entire prior year. The program begins on November 1st of each year. Customers must sign up to participate by October 1st. Please get in touch with City Hall for more information and an enrollment form.
