Fines for traffic infractions must be paid on or before the appearance date indicated on your citation. If you are wishing to contest your ticket, you must appear in court on the date indicated on ticket. If you need additional time to pay your fine or would like to apply for a diversion, you must contact the municipal court clerk before date indicated on ticket.

Depending on your charged offense a fine amount may not be listed and you will need to appear in court on the date indicated on ticket. Failure to pay fines may result in a suspension of your driving privileges or a warrant for your arrest, depending on the charge.

Fines may be paid with cash, check or money order. Please make your checks payable to City of Cimarron. Payments and correspondence may be mailed to the Cimarron Municipal Court, PO Box 467, Cimarron, Kansas 67835.
